AFGA through the financial support of UNFPA started the Last Mile Assurance Pilot Project in March 2023. Through this project, 48 volunteers from Kabul, Herat, and Balkh Provinces are assigned to support the team`s effort in the distribution of different kits and commodities, assist in public awareness-raising activities, and assist in stock counts, and basic assessments of commodities that might be damaged, expired, or out-of-stock.
