AFGA has been providing a variety of services to Youth and Adolescents for many years and has been an active implanting partner of UNFPA. AFGA has allocated 5% of its total Core Fund budget for youth in 2023 and the same will continue for the years ahead. Additionally, AFGA plans to expand its services to youth and adolescents in 2024. AFGA established an Integrated Youth Center in Ata Turk Hospital in Kabul and Integrated Youth Space in Giyan District of Paktika Province as a pilot project. Upon successful results, more Youth Centers will be established in other provinces. Besides, AFGA conducts training on Healthy Lifestyle, RH, Child Marriage Prevention, and comprehensive reproductive health education for youth.
